All orders must have a card signature. No exceptions. If not signed, we will autofill your name in the card message.
All orders going to businesses are guaranteed by 5pm on the delivery date. Orders for schools (K-12) are guaranteed by 3pm. All other orders (except sympathy orders) will be delivered in a timely manner based on delivery zone and the time it was placed. If the recipient leaves early, or a timed delivery is needed, please call the shop before placing your order. Due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee timed deliveries for the 12th, 13th, & 14th.
All orders are required to have a good contact number for the recipient. This helps the driver if no one answers the door, if there’s a gate code, etc. We do NOT contact recipients before delivery with the exception of out-of-town orders.
Delivery confirmations will be sent to the email you provide when placing your order after the drivers return from their trips. Please do not call to check delivery times/status of your order, this slows production and keeps us from getting other orders completed and delivered in a timely manner.
